Once your order has been dispatched or collected, you may return the goods at your expense, without giving a reason, provided the goods are with the original packaging, in unused condition, and you notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods.
For UK consumers, a full refund will be provided. For international and business customers, we will refund the original transaction amount less any shipping charges. Please allow up to 7 days from our receipt of the returned goods for your refund to be processed.

If an item becomes faulty within the warranty period, please contact us first with details of the problem. We may be able to assist you in correcting it. If this fails, then you will need to return it to us (or the manufacturer if we request it) at your cost for inspection. Please note that normal wear and tear, or abuse, does not constitute a manufacturing defect and is not covered under warranty.
If a returned item proves not to be faulty, then you will also be liable for the return cost. We will not be held liable for any returns that get lost in the post, or have inadequate postage. Please make sure they are adequately insured and sent using a secure delivery service.
For UK customers, if the item becomes faulty within the first 30 days of sale, you can elect to have it repaired, replaced or ask for a full refund. After 30 days, the item will only be repaired or replaced at our discretion; full refunds will not be given.
For international customers, please note that you will be required to pay all warranty-related shipping costs. The warranty only covers replacement of the defective item(s).
